Disruptive Innovation: The Future of Supply Chain
QuickLoadz Intermodal Robotics automated ground-level loading – Forging the 21st century freight revolution
More than 90% of the world’s freight travels in ISO sea shipping containers. In the 1960's, containerized cargo revolutionized logistics, democratized trade and transformed economies by decreasing the cost and time to move cargo by 98%. But the current system remains constrained and costly. It requires expensive, fixed infrastructure like ports, cranes and loading docks to move material and merchandise.
This need for special infrastructure bottlenecks freight and logistics worldwide and slows the global economy. History shows: Interrupt logistics and the world stops.
Transport and Logistics is a $9.6T Market Ripe for Tech Disruption
Smarter, Safer. Simple, Automated.
QuickLoadz Intermodal Robotics smartphone-controlled trailers are built to move the world’s 600 million ISO containers faster, safer, and easier than ever before – expanding freight and greatly improving efficiencies.
Now more than ever, loaded containers form the backbone of the global economy. Whether the cargo is energy, water, hospitals or food, the most efficient tool for transport is an ISO container. QuickLoadz ability to move those loaded containers at ground level increases the speed in which resources can be deployed and decreases the cost because one QuickLoadz replaces 20 chassis.
Our patented hardware consists of a Wi-Fi-enabled, computer-controlled trailer that the driver operates from their smartphone. A driver can load or unload 60,000 lbs. of merchandise in less than 3 minutes without ever leaving their seat in the truck cab.
QuickLoadz is the next revolution in freight. Smart load-handling equipment, solar and battery electric EV, intelligent systems, connected solutions.
Why Invest in QuickLoadz?
- Generating $millions in revenue, 40% gross margin, starting to scale

High Barriers to Entry
Improves Defense Logistics and Humanitarian Support in Contested Environments
2023 U.S. defense logistics spending topped $429 billion. Humanitarian aid requirements reached $57 billion.
Increasing logistics efficiencies and access to resources could improve relief efforts. It could also help decrease vulnerabilities and risk. The number and intensity of natural disasters and human-caused emergencies is rising, yet the humanitarian system continually faces budget short-falls. Increased efficiencies and access decreases costs and improves outcomes; potentially saving billions of dollars each year.
Militaries around the world depend on sea shipping containers but all have the same difficulty in moving them.
Essential resources in minutes with the tap of a button.
QuickLoadz allows a single operator to move containers of water, portable hospitals, munitions, or food anywhere without leaving their seat in the truck, without putting themselves in harm's way. Couple QuickLoadz with an autonomous truck and entire depots of critical supplies can move anywhere and no one touches the load.
Its Not Just Freight. People Use Containers for Lots of Important Stuff
Containers are ubiquitous and becoming more so. Everything can now be found in containers. QuickLoadz is the safest, fastest, easiest way to transport them.
Shipping containers are versatile. Large steel boxes that are secure and weather- tight, make container applications almost endless.
Some current applications include: catering and hospitality, confined spaces, chemical storage, construction, engineering, manufacturing, biomass conversion, server storage, water filtration, waste-water processing, medical suites, clinics, classrooms, libraries, fuel, and more.

Vision and strategy
The Future of Freight
Our mission is to increase efficiencies in global freight through better engineering. Faster, safer, easier, ground-level, automated loading opens intermodal to everyone.
Intentional modular design - interchangeable components, simplified maintenance, fewer parts required
Multi-function, multiple domains - QuickLoadz is an automatic container mover, tow truck, dump truck, flatbed, self unloading truck. Moves 40' containers, 20' containers 10' containers or any combination there-of
Field application - transport a 20’ containerized water purification system, and two 10’ containerized power sources allow resources to travel in concert.
Flexibility and agility - create opportunity and robust supply chains. Logistics handling not constrained to specific personnel. Products and resources move faster, deployed with ease.
Safety: Zero Injuries. Ever - There has never been a reported injury with a QuickLoadz. Ever. The driver is never in harms way and never has to leave the truck.
Acquisition opportunity - Quickloadz is in ongoing discussions with the mergers and acquisitions arm of the current supplier of the U.S. Army load-handling system used on the Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Fleet: A $5 billion dollar contract.
